How and when will my order be delivered?

Once your order is placed, it will be processed and dispatched by our partner pharmacy Roseway Labs within 5-7 working days. Shipping times vary depending on your location and selected shipping option, but typically orders will arrive within 7-10 business days. You will receive an email with tracking details once your order has been shipped.

I have a problem with my order – what do I do?

If you have any issues with your order, please contact Team DOSE via email on info@dosemyhair.com . We'll do our best to resolve the issue promptly.

How will I know my order has been processed?

Once your order has been successfully processed, you will receive a confirmation email with your order details and tracking information once it has been dispatched.

Can I modify my order?

We understand that sometimes plans change. If you wish to cancel or modify your order, please contact us as soon as possible. However, if our partner pharmacy have already started production of your order, unfortunately we are unable to cancel, amend, exchange or refund this due to the fact that our products contain prescription medicines.

How is a return processed?

Please note that no returns/refunds are offered on prescription items unless faulty. If your product arrives damaged, is faulty or not as described please contact info@dosemyhair.com so we can assist with arranging a replacement.

Will I have to pay taxes and duties on my order?

Orders within the UK are inclusive of UK VAT charges.

How do I track my order?

Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive a tracking number from our partner pharmacy Roseway Labs. You can use this number to track your order’s journey through our delivery partner's website.

Does DOSE ship outside of the UK?

DOSE ships to the UK, Channel Islands, Ireland, and the Scottish Highlands. At present DOSE does not ship internationally. Shipping times and fees may vary depending on your location.

How much does shipping cost?

Standard UK shipping is free. An express, next day delivery option is available at checkout at £11

How long does shipping take?

Our partner pharmacy will usually dispatch the product(s) 5-7 days from receipt of the order. Standard UK delivery typically takes 3-5 business days.

Where is DOSE shipped from?

DOSE products are made and shipped from our partner pharmacy Roseway Labs, based in the UK. All orders are processed and dispatched from here to ensure timely delivery to our customers.

What do I do if I put in the wrong delivery address or need to change to a new address after ordering?

If you wish to change or amend your delivery address after placing an order please contact our team on info@dosemyhair.com. If your order has already been dispatched by our partner pharmacy, we are unable to change or re-direct it to a new address and you will need to place a new order using the correct address details.

DOSE is not responsible for orders lost, returned or undelivered due to incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer.
